Light golden in color. The wine exhibits a rich, perfumey nose with hints of pear and jasmine. On the palate, the Chardonnay is medium bodied with tropical fruit flavors. This is a well-balanced wine that lacks the heaviness of an oaked Chardonnay. Very smooth, long finish. Pair with heavier fish dishes, as well as chicken and pastas with cream sauce.
