How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact your wine advisor right away. Some pending orders can be canceled or changed however, after the order ships, no changes may be made.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be more than satisfied with every item you purchase from Wines for Humanity. We will refund you for any unopened bottles that you wish to return. Returns for exchanges or credit only are accepted within 60 days of purchase. All returns must be in salable condition.
WfH is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. If a purchase is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping of $10.00.
We pride ourselves in perfect taste and quality and will take back any wine that does not meet these standards. If you have any questions, please call your Wine Advisor or our corporate office at (866) 247 – 5039.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Our handling cost is $22.00 (3 bottle minimum) shipped directly to your home, or if ordered at a tasting and shipped to the Tasting host it is 14% of the order, capped at $22.00.
Legal Notice
All wine and wine products are sold from a licensed retailer and title passes to the buyer in that state. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier or our personnel for delivery to your selected destination.
Delivery of Alcohol Packages
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO Boxes.
Purchaser and recipient must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol.
For all alcohol orders, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for the order.
Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony.
Age Verification
By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.
Credit Card Charge
We usually ship within 2 – 5 business days from the receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. We try not to ship product over a weekend, so if your order is received and cannot be delivered by Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions. Rules and regulations of common carriers may prevent us from accepting orders for the shipment of alcohol products.
*All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature for delivery.

Your subscription consists of four, 3 bottle shipments. You can cancel your membership at any time after the first year.
Hosting FAQ
What are the benefits of hosting an event?
There are a number of benefits to hosting an in-person or virtual Tasting with Wines for Humanity:
- Between 9 – 12½ % of funds raised from the tastings are donated to the host’s charity of choice. Does not have to be a 501 (c)(3) charity.
- The host incentives from time to time in addition to the donation to their charity.
- Hosting an event is the perfect way to gather with friends and family and collectively support a meaningful cause whether virtually or in-person
Where can I host a Tasting Event?
Tasting events are held in a private location, such as your home or place of business.
We cannot legally conduct tastings to the general public.
How much is a tasting?
Our tastings are $55 plus tax for a 5-bottle Seasonal Tasting Set, or $59 plus tax if you would like to choose your own 5 bottles from Classic or Select wines. A 5-bottle Premium set is available for $79 where two of the five bottles can be Premiere classification.
Can I host a Virtual Tasting Event?
Absolutely! It’s easy to host a Virtual Tasting Event.
Virtual Tasting Hosts will work with their Wine Advisor on the details and how the tasting will be presented. The host and guest may choose to be together in the Host’s home with the advisor being Virtual, or the Hosts and guests attend virtually from their own home.
How do I order wine for my Tasting Event?
Your Wine advisor will help guide your choices for your Tasting Event.
How long can I keep my tasting Event Open?
Tasting Events automatically close 21 days after the Event. Most Tasting Events close the day of the tasting so the guests receive their wine sooner and the charity will receive their funds sooner!
How and when does the non-profit receive their donation?
Charities receive their check one month AFTER the close of the current quarter.
What non-profits can a host choose?
Although our core mission is the prevention of homelessness, a host may choose a charity they wish to support.

What is a Wine Advisor?
A Wine Advisor is an individual who has made the decision to join our company to promote our wine and further the opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for the prevention of homelessness.
What does a wine advisor do?
A Wine Advisor promotes our exclusive wine at in-home wine tastings to introduce the guests to our wines, and provide an opportunity through the guest’s selections to raise funds for the community while making an income.
How much is it to get started?
$124.00.
What comes in the Business Launch kit?
Our $124 Business Launch Kit includes everything you need to get started immediately! It includes 18 crystal tasting glasses and carrier, an insulated bag to transport the wine to the tasting, corkscrew, pourers, marketing materials, Tasting Event Notecards, and 5 bottles of wine (shipped separately) when the business launch date is set.
This kit includes the Seasonal Set of Wine.

Will I receive Training, Advice, and Support?
You will have a mentor and their upline Team Leader to help guide and you will be part of a team of Advisors who will also support you and provide training and advice.
Additional training can be found in your Back Office and is meant to provide virtual on-demand training courses to guide you through running your business successfully.
You will have access to monthly virtual training calls, and regional and annual events.
Do Wine Advisors have to pay any additional fees?
When you sign up as a Wine Advisor, you have a choice to pay your fees monthly ($12 per month) or annually ($120 per year).
These fees cover:
- Your personalized replicated website where clients can place orders with you
- Access to the Back Office where you have all the tools you need to run your business
- Access to business resources and tools
- Access to training courses and world-class wine education
How do I make money?
Here are some of the ways you can earn an income as a Wine Advisor.
- Earn 17%- 20% commission on all personal sales from tasting events and online purchases within any given calendar month.
- Earn additional income* when you coach, mentor, and develop others through team building.

How much can I expect to earn?
Earnings vary from individual to individual. Please reference our Compensation Plan for more information on the income opportunity.
How many hours do I need to work?
As a Wine Advisor, you are your own boss and you will set your own hours. Some of our Advisors work their business as a fun hobby while others work their business full-time.
Do I have to purchase or keep an inventory of product?
Wine is always shipped directly from our warehouses to your clients and Hosts.
Do I have to sell a certain amount every month?
To be considered active for incentives a wine advisor must deliver $450, two out of three months in a rolling (continuous) quarter. This is easily achieved with support from your sponsor and the home office.
What happens if I decide being a Wine Advisor is not right for me?
If you decide being a Wine Advisor is not for you, you may resign at any time by providing written notice to us. We will either discontinue any monthly membership fee payments or refund the balance of the annual membership fee prorated by the remainder of the term, depending on the payment plan you have selected.
What is a Wine Tasting Event?
Wine Tasting Events are a great way to start and build a thriving business. As a Wine Advisor, you will partner with Hosts to bring the WFH tasting experience to their guests. The Host will order a Tasting Kit for in-person events and invite friends and family to attend. You share with guests about WFH, and our mission, and sample and discuss the wine and food pairing ideas. Their selections will result in commissions for you and a donation to the Host’s charity of choice.
Can I promote wine online?
Yes! We make it easy for you to promote wine on your social networks. As a Wine Advisor, you will be provided with a replicated site that can be used to make selections that are directly connected to your business.
